Location: the hotel was just off a beautiful area and convenience stores. The room we had included a seating area, a work desk and a couch bed. Bathtubs in the functional bathroom was a plus.

I later discovered I occupied a room below the caretakers of the inn, which explained the noise. The sheets and bedspread could have been softer for a more comfortable sleep. Despite these inconveniences, I found the price reasonable and would return if I could avoid the upstairs noise.
